WallMag Vocalist Awards 2026

Voices That Move Us

Winners announced on Jul 20, 2026

The submission deadline has been extended to 20 July 2026. There's still time to enter — and if you've already submitted, add your ownership statement before then to stay in the running.

Judged based upon work

WallMag Vocalist Awards 2026 celebrate India's most emotive singers — voices that make a melody unforgettable, whether classical, contemporary, indie, playback, or experimental. The award invites solo vocal performances across languages, genres, and traditions — recordings that prove the human voice is still the most expressive instrument. Entries are evaluated through a curated industry jury alongside an open community vote, recognising tone, technique, and emotional impact. Selected creators earn national visibility, partner brand collaboration opportunities, and a place in WallMag's music legacy.

What to Upload

Submit up to 5 of your strongest, original vocal music works. Each submission may include a single piece or a coherent set telling one story. We are excited about original solo vocal performances — recorded audio or video — across languages, genres, and traditions.

Submissions must be your own original work and ownership. Do not upload AI-generated, stock-licensed, or plagiarised content — entries containing these will be disqualified without refund. Submit at the highest available quality the platform allows.

Briefly describe the concept, process, or story behind each submission — context helps the jury and community connect with your craft.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Who can participate in the WallMag Vocalist Awards 2026?

A: Any creator based in India over 18 years of age can participate. There are no genre or experience restrictions within vocal music.

Q: How are winners selected?

A: Submissions go through a two-stage evaluation: an open community vote shortlists the Top 100 finalists, and a curated industry jury picks the Top 3 winners from the finalists.

Q: How many submissions can I make?

A: You can submit up to 5 original vocal music works. Submissions must be your own — duplicate, plagiarised, or stolen content will be disqualified.

Q: How are prizes and certificates distributed?

A: Partner brand discount coupons are emailed to winners and finalists within 7 days of the winner announcement. Certificates and Creator Magazine features follow the published timeline.

Q: Can I submit cover songs or do they need to be originals?
