WallMag Rap Awards 2026 celebrate India's sharpest rappers and lyricists — voices shaping the country's hip-hop, drill, gully, conscious, and underground scenes. The award invites original tracks across regional languages and styles — from polished mixes to raw freestyles — judged on flow, lyricism, and presence. Entries are evaluated through a curated industry jury alongside an open community vote, recognising both technical writing and stage-ready energy. Selected creators earn national visibility, partner brand collaboration opportunities, and a place in WallMag's hip-hop legacy.

What to Upload
Submit up to 5 of your strongest, original rap and hip-hop works. Each submission may include a single piece or a coherent set telling one story. We are excited about original rap tracks — recorded audio or video — across languages and sub-genres, with full original lyrics ownership.
Submissions must be your own original work and ownership. Do not upload AI-generated, stock-licensed, or plagiarised content — entries containing these will be disqualified without refund. Submit at the highest available quality the platform allows.

Q: Who can participate in the WallMag Rap Awards 2026?
A: Any creator based in India over 18 years of age can participate. There are no genre or experience restrictions within rap and hip-hop.
Q: How are winners selected?
A: Submissions go through a two-stage evaluation: an open community vote shortlists the Top 100 finalists, and a curated industry jury picks the Top 3 winners from the finalists.
Q: How many submissions can I make?
A: You can submit up to 5 original rap and hip-hop works. Submissions must be your own — duplicate, plagiarised, or stolen content will be disqualified.
Q: How are prizes and certificates distributed?
A: Partner brand discount coupons are emailed to winners and finalists within 7 days of the winner announcement. Certificates and Creator Magazine features follow the published timeline.
Q: Can I submit cover songs or do they need to be originals?
A: Both are welcome where the award name allows it. Cover Artist Awards require covers; Vocalist, Rap, Guitar, and Independent Music Creator Awards expect original work or distinctive covers credited to the original artist. Always own your master recording.
