2026 WallMag Awards
Six Strings, Limitless Voice
Winners announced on Jul 20, 2026
The submission deadline has been extended to 20 July 2026. There's still time to enter β and if you've already submitted, add your ownership statement before then to stay in the running.

For the guitarists who make six strings say something.
The WallMag Guitar Player Awards 2026 celebrate India's finest players β acoustic, electric, classical, and bass, across rock, jazz, folk, classical, and the experimental edges in between.
This is a juried award. An open community vote shortlists the Top 100, then the WallMag Editorial Team chooses the winners β so recognition is earned on tone, phrasing, and feel, not bought.
What you win is a credential you can use: the Guitarist of the Year title, a feature in WallMag Creator Magazine, and verifiable recognition for your profile, your gigs, and the collaborators and venues you pitch.
Your music stays yours. You keep full rights to every recording β submit an original solo, a composition, or your own take on a song, shown only for the awards and their features.
First entry free. Entries close 3 July 2026.

What to Upload
Submit up to 5 of your strongest guitar performances β audio or video. Each can be a single piece or a short set.
Original solos, your own compositions, or a distinctive reinterpretation of a song all qualify β acoustic, electric, classical, or bass, in any style. Backing tracks are fine, but the playing must be yours.
Record at the highest quality you can. A clean phone recording in a quiet room is perfectly fine β what matters is that the guitar is clear and up front.
All work must be your own. AI-generated, lip-synced, stock, or plagiarised submissions are disqualified without refund.
Add a line about each piece β the idea, the influence, or the story behind it. A little context helps the jury and community connect with your playing.
